Prenatal Pilates Class


Connect Fitness is offering a Prenatal Pilates Class for expectant mothers! This special class is designed to help you feel strong and healthy during your pregnancy, while doing exercises that are safe for your little one. This class is offered for expectant mothers up to 18 weeks pregnant.

Sign up quickly! There are only a few spots available. The class is designed for a small setting so our Connect Fitness trainer can keep a close eye on everyone and ensure each person is doing the workout safely and comfortably.

Resolve to be Healthy Party

You're invited to our Resolve to be Healthy Party! It has been an incredible several weeks as Connect Fitness has released our 12 Weeks of 2012: Resolve to be Healthy video tip series. Now that the series is coming to an end, Connect Fitness would like to celebrate those who resolve to be healthy, and provide a healthy meal for those that are not able to provide one for themselves.

Connect Fitness is helping C3 Vancouver provide a healthy meal for the 72 residents of the Dodson house on the Downtown Eastside. Our goal is to fundraise enough so every resident can enjoy a delicious, nutritious meal.

Everyone is welcome to come out and have fun celebrating healthy living as we contribute to providing for the Dodson House. So bring your friends along with you! 

How can you contribute?
We will be hosting a raffle draw with some exciting prizes. Raffle tickets are $10 each. Be sure to grab a few for a chance to win some wonderful prizes! All proceeds will go directly towards the meal for the Dodson House.

If you are a business owner and would like to donate a prize for our raffle draw, please contact us. We are happy to accept donations!
